The Petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanypur P.S.

Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
