The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 450 of 2017 registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioners have been made accused in this case. Except that, there is nothing against them. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55487 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 450 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
