Petitioner superannuated as Associate Professor in English from Jai Prakash University, Chapra on 31.01.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid terminal dues.
Considering the fact that the petitioner superannuated
Patna High Court CWJC No.8030 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 as Associate Professor in English on 31.01.2018, respondents are directed to ensure payment of all post retiral dues with calculation chart within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment thereof within a further period of two months. In the event, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to entitlement of the petitioner, liberty shall be available to him to approach the respondents on account of any dispute in the calculation of entitlement of the petitioner. If the benefit is not extended within the time as indicated above, petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 9% per annum from the date of his retirement. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
