The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(xi) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant made allegation in her complaint petition against all the petitioners that they assaulted the informant and committed theft. It appears that the occurrence took place due to petty dispute. The occurrence took place on 17.02.2014 but the complaint petition itself was filed on 21.02.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14202 of 2015 (4) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Madhubani in Madhubani SC/ST P.S.
