JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.37231 of 2017, vide order dated 1.9.2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below after framing of charge. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed in this case and petitioner has moved the court below but prayer has been rejected and petitioner is in custody since 10.6.2017 and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court on him, if bail is granted.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53677 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 332 of 2017, arising out of Koelwar P.S.Case No. 179 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :

(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
