JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 07-07-2017 The only prayer made in the writ petition is to command the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna to constitute a new Managing Committee for the Madarsa in question in terms of statute.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, it appears that a new Managing Committee has already been constituted which has been approved by the Madarsa Board vide order contained in letter no. 1552-10 dated 23.3.2017 (Annexure-A) to the counter affidavit.

In view of aforesaid, no further direction is required to be given in this matter. Further, in case, there is any grievance with regard to the constitution of the Madarsa Board, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15439 of 2016 (4) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 shall be at liberty to raise grievance in accordance with law. In view of constitution of new Managing Committee by the respondent Madarsa Board, this application stands disposed of. No further direction is required to be issued in the matter.
