Petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. case No. 17 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is a student of Nirmali College, Nirmali. He submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2018. Considering the totality of the facts situation particularly the statement of the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a student of Nirmali College, Nirmali let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35976 of 2018(3) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, corresponding to G.R.
