27-03-2019 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Mithlesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner in a very short span of time of earlier rejection has approached this Court for grant of bail in Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 364, 302, 34, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 18-08-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48243 of 2018, considering the facts and circumstances and specific case against the petitioner, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

Sri Singh, learned senior counsel tried to persuade the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16967 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Court to reconsider the prayer for bail, however; he admits that within very short span of time, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, without any change in the circumstances, it would not be appropriate to reconsider the prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
