1. Though the present petition has been filed complaining of disobedience of the order of this Court dated 13.08.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16164 of 2019, however, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that the encroachment in question has already been removed on 01.09.2022, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some encroachment is still remaining to the removed, hence liberty be granted to the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
