Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376DA, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier by order dated 01.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 16858 of 2021, the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after eight months.
Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.18971 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 the informant and the victim have been examined in this case and they have not supported the prosecution case, as such, the petitioner in all likelihood would be acquitted. In the nature of submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the learned court below is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
