NATH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 After some argument, Mr. Shri Prakash Srivastava, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed to withdraw the writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file/renew his prayer for recall of the order for proceeding ex parte against the petitioner.

Mr.Shrinandan Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 has raised no objection to the prayer.
