Petitioners pray for bail in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner No.1 is that he tried to outrage modesty of wife of the deceased and when she raised alarm petitioner No.2 and others assaulted by rod on the head of the deceased, due to which he succumbed to the injuries. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner have falsely been implicated in this case because of previous enmity and petitioners are in custody since 5.3.2018 and 22.3.2018 respectively.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
