2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2022 .

3 . Prosecution case is that 1864.08 liters IMFL were recovered from two seized vehicles I. e ,. Truck ( reg No. BR06GC - 3092 ) and a tractor ( reg No. BR32K6668) .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from two vehicles

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17103 of 2025(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 vehicles and petitioner is registered owner of one of the vehicles i. e ,. seized truck .

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
