Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Barauli P.S.Case No.286 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 304(B), 201 of I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner is of coming dowry death. Petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but no relationship has been mentioned.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is co-villager of the deceased and, as such, no offence under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. is made out against him. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46790 of 2018 (2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj, in Barauli P.S. Case No.286 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make himself available as and when required by the police, otherwise, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
