1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 451, 452, 386, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case was referred for mediation and the petitioner and the informant in compliance of the order had appeared before the learned Mediator.

4. The learned Mediator has sought extension of time.

5. The Court was willing to grant some more time to

6. The learned counsel for the complainant, at the outset, submits that he has instruction of the complainant not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as some compromise has been reached in between the petitioner and the complainant.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.7062 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. The application stands allowed.
