In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents authority to comply with the Order No. 99 dated 10.10.2009, passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari, in Case No. 293/ 2008, whereby the said authority has
Patna High Court CWJC No.8675 of 2012 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 directed the respondents that after counseling of the petitioner complete the process of appointment in accordance with law and also directing the respondents to issue formal appointment letter in favour of the petitioner in any of the Elementary School under the territorial jurisdiction of Gram Panchayat Raj Majharia BlockPaharpur, District-East Champaran, with all consequential benefits from due date on the ground that the marks obtained by the petitioner in Intermediate Examination is 65.22% much higher than the selected candidate, respondent no. 9, in general category as per Order No. 99 dated 10.10.2009, passed by the Appellate Authority in Case No. 293/2008.
The petitioner is directed to file an application before the District Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules,2015.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
