Petitioners are accused in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 registered under Sections 306/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner no. 1 is father and petitioner no. 2 is brother of the deceased respectively. Further submission is that during investigation, it transpired that the husband of the informant committed suicide due to property dispute and the present petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 10th, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018.
