The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification in the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48932 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48932 of 2022, but inadvertently in prayer portion of bail application Sultanganju P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 has been typed in place of Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 334 of 2015.

Considering the statement made in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20552 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 application and the reason assigned therein, the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48932 of 2022 is modified to the extent that Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 be read as "Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 334 of 2015". With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48932 of 2022, this application stands disposed of.
