1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case no. 1 of 2024 registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that he heard the co-villagers talking among themselves that on refusal by the daughter to solemnize marriage, the petitioners who are the parents had killed her and the dead body had been disposed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20294 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 allegations in the F.I.R are not only false and baseless but preposterous. The daughter of the petitioners died as a result of illness. The petitioners are in custody since 2.1.2024 and have no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R, the contents of the order of the learned trial Court, the petitioners being in custody for three months since 2.1.2024, not having any criminal antecedent and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case no. 1 of 2024, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Sitamarhi.
