The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner no.1 is the married Nanad of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the unmarried daughter of petitioner no.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the husband of the deceased is in jail custody since 29.05.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
