2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 3 to issue the purchased-cumpayment voucher of total purchased paddy to the petitioner of total weight of 1600 quintal worth Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty lakhs) for which petitioner has already delivered the paddy in godown of respondent no. 3 but respondent no.3 has given only few voucher of paddy.

(ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to supply the price of 3000 paddy Jute bags because same has purchased by the petitioner from his own money at the insurance of respondent no. 3

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner may give a representation to the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Ltd., Banka, Distt-Banka (Respondent No. 1) ventilating their grievances along with the necessary documents to substantiate their claim and on such representation being made, the Respondent No. 1 will verify the claim of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the above made submissions, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to give a representation ventilating his grievances within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Ltd., Banka, Distt-Banka (Respondent No. 1) shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that before passing the orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed

Patna High Court CWJC No.23966 of 2013(8) dt.19-01-2024 3/3 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation from the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
