2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the appropriate authority of the bank who shall consider the hardship of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in the light of Annexure-6 at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction the writ petition stands disposed off.
