Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua Police Station Case No. 208 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 304, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(ii)(v) of SC/ST Act It appears from perusal of the first information report as well as materials available in the case diary that all the witnesses stated that it was petitioner who diverted the informant to get his daughter-in-law admitted in private nursing home therefore, I do not think it proper to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 208 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11999 of 2015 (4) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
