====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 4 24-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The learned counsel for the informant is also present. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.10.2017 in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are close relative and the charge sheet has now been submitted and, therefore, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. It is, further, submitted that the alleged occurrence took place for a petty dispute. Considering the facts that the petitioner is alleged to have given the dagger blow in the stomach and the entire intestine came out and which resulted in the death of the son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, which is accordingly rejected.

The trial may be expedited.
