2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute four persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the Post-mortem report it appears that the ante-mortem injury are not serious in nature and the petitioner is in jail since 13.9.2023.
5. Considering the fact that the ante-mortem injury of the deceased are not serious, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2022.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
