This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Class-IV employee, posted at Bhagalpur. He submits that, as a matter of fact, the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence.
