The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 25 litres of mahua liquor was recovered from the forest where the same was being prepared from mahua flower and the petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing away with plastic container. Petitioner claims that he is having clean

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 455 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
