JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 05-04-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any notice under Section 7 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

Faced with this situation, the State Government submits that a notice shall be formally served upon the petitioner, to which, the petitioner would be at liberty to file objections.
