JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 305/2019 arising out of Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 500 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 302/34 IPC and 27 Arms Act.
In this case, case diary was called which has been received. From perusal of the case diary and the materials available on the record, it transpires that the allegation against the petitioner is similar to co-accused Tahalu Pandey, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 4.6.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 16018 of 2020.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17708 of 2020(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Kaimur (Bhabhua) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 305/2019 arising out of Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 500 of 2019. On release the petitioner shall render his services as volunteer to combat the pandemic of Covid-19 for a period of one month. He is required to report to the Civil Surgeon/ Nodal Officer, Covid-19, Kaimur (Bhabua), who shall utilize his services appropriately. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
