The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a, 26(i)(ii), 29 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol and 15 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnshining bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18200 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 443/2021.
