The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.226 of 2017, G.R. No.2447/2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 25(1-b)A, 26(i), (iii)/35 of the Arms Act.
The informant is the police officer who stated in his selfstatement that he received a secret information that mini gun factory is being operated and on receiving such information, he raided the place along with other police personnel and while proceeding to such place, he found an accused with plastic bag and on search being made two pieces of pistol sets, two sets of magazine and he confessed of manufacturing illegal pistol in which
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45183 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 11 labourers are working and on his confession, said place was raided and a mini gun factory was unearth. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a farm labourer and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It has further been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.09.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.226 of 2017, G.R. No.2447/2017.
