1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. By the instant application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case no.413 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, over a dispute between the parties, Soni and her brother Vikas armed with khanti and axe are said to have assaulted the informant causing injuries. Further, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the advocates clerk Rohit Kumar with an iron pipe as a result of which he sustained serious injuries on his face.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18521 of 2026(3) dt.01-05-2026 2/3 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The earlier application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.74884 of 2024 directing the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted that in the meantime, the change in circumstance leading to renewal of the instant application is that co-accused Soni Kumari whose bail was also rejected vide aforesaid order dated 13.11.2024 has been enlarged on bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 16.1.2026 passed in SLP (Crl.) no. 16833 of 2025. As such it is prayed that the petitioner also be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 74884 of 2024 with the observation that the petitioner should surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks and if he so surrenders, the prayer of the petitioner for bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the said order of rejection. It may further be observed that so far as the allegation on co-accused Soni Kumari is concerned, she along

So far as the petitioner herein is concerned, he is said to have assaulted Rohit Kumar on whom the injury has been found to be grievous in nature.
7. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and the application is rejected.
