The present petition is directed for quashing of the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate IInd Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 2712(C ) of 2012 whereby and whereunder the learned court below took cognizance against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 147, 323, 427 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that as per his information, the charge has still not been framed and as such, he seeks liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of the charges.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30954 of 2015(2) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
