The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chainpur P. S. Case No. 262 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation of indiscriminate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59424 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 assault made by the petitioners on the informant as well as his father as a result of which they sustained several injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
