Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner was acquired for construction of road but less compensation was paid. The petitioner claims that he did not get compensation of 75 square feet of land for construction of the road. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner filed petition before the Land Acquisition Officer, Jehanabad. The Land Acquisition Officer vide his Letter No.126 dated 19.03.2015 directed the Circle Officer, Modanganj, Jehanabad to make inquiry on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15319 of 2016 dt.13-03-2018 2/2 the petition of the petitioner and appropriate order with regard to compensation of the acquired land of the petitioner be passed. Considering the facts aforesaid, I direct the District Land Acquisition Officer, Jehanabad to pass appropriate order after getting report from the Circle Officer within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
