1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the order dated 11.04.2025, report dated 28.04.2025 has been sent by the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Civil Court, Patna City, wherein it has been recorded that out of 6 witnesses 4 witnesses have been examined and the informant and the Investigating Officer of the case remain to be examined and the next date has been fixed for evidence.

4. Since out of 6 witnesses 4 witnesses have been examined, as such, the court is not inclined to release the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22975 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 petitioner on bail.

5. The regular bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the Superintendent of Police, Patna (East) shall ensure that informant and the Investigating Officer of the case are produced before the learned trial court for recording their evidence.

6. The Court expects that the learned trial court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of 7 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the S.P., Patna (East).
