====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have brutally assaulted informant and his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner and present case has been lodged only with a view to harass the petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which two antecedents are

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
