JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 14-08-2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 Ravi Bhushan Sharma has been arrested, hence, the application on his behalf has become infructuous and accordingly, it is disposed of. The petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of entering into the house of the informant, making assault and snatching jewellery. It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34403 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that in the same building the petitioners and informant are residing and for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.
Considering the nature of accusation and superficial injury being found, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 to 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 542 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
