The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That the present application is for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to absorb the service of the petitioner from the post of Basic Health Worker to the post of Lower Division Clerk in light of the letter No.834(4) dated 23.9.2021 issued under the signature of the Director in Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Bihar, Patna."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances,
