ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Informant, seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 17.5.2014 passed by the 1st Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in Criminal Appeal No.46 of 2011 on the ground that the date was wrongly informed to him and without information to him of the correct date final arguments in the appeal was heard and the same was allowed even before the date that had been fixed for arguments.
Since the case was a police case it was duly represented by the A.P.P. and the Appellate Court has meticulously considered the merits of the case with which I am unable to disagree on any point. The application is dismissed.
