JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148,504,384,448,341,323,354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners outraged the modesty of the informant by tearing her blouse and demanded extortion and snatched golden chain of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present FIR was registered on 18.12.2014 whereas petitioner no. 1 lodged Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014 on 15.12.2014 with the accusation under sections 341,323 and 384/34 IPC against the husband of informant Manoj Chauhan, hence as a

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan (T) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
