The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for their acts of deliberate disobedience of the order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No.1153 of 2015.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.2. From perusal of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, it would be evident that the direction given by this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.1204 of 2016 dt.16-08-2017 vide order dated 14.12.2015 has been complied with by the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out.

Accordingly, the application being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
