Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded from some other case when his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete now. The petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 31.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46813 of 2018 (2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhanarua Police Station Case No.407 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
