JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while the informant was going for collection of debt money, the petitioner came there and started abusing him and on protest, the petitioner assaulted him with iron rod.
On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that from perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29239 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case no. 122 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amin/- U
