In view of the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Mirza Galib T.T. College & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by which a bunch of writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.16977 of 2016 (4) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 petitions have been decided by a common order passed by the Division Bench reported in 2017 (1) PLJR 257, for the grounds and reasons already considered therein even with regard to the rule as is applicable in B.Ed. course, the same position exists with regard to the present rule pertaining to admission in M.Ed course, we see no reason to take a different view from what has already been dealt with in Mirja Galib T.T. College & Ors.(supra).

Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of in terms of the order passed in Mirza Galbi T.T.College & Ors. (supra).
