Petitioners are accused in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18450 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 79 of 2020.
