By filing this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013 registered inter alia under Section 135 of
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.853 of 2014 dt.17-03-2015 2 / 2 the Electricity Act, 2003.
The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
