The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Block Education Officer made allegation that the petitioner sold iron beam worth Rs. 42,000/- and a branch of Neem tree worth Rs. 11,000/-. It is submitted that the iron beam is still lying in the school premises. The petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 25,000/- or the entire amount of the iron beam if the iron beam is not found in the school premises.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29041 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 50/2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 1166 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- within two weeks from the date of his release. The aforesaid amount of Rs. 25,000/- shall be subject to the final result of the case.
