Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed for considering the case of the petitioner for granting him permission to pursue further study under the Faculty Development Programme for the session 2015-16. Learned counsel submitted that due to efflux of time, such prayer has become infructuous. However, he further submitted that he has applied afresh for permission for the session 2017-18, which is pending consideration. Learned counsel submitted that he may be
