The petitioners seek Anticipatory bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 147, 149, 342, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is of assaulting the informant by slaps and fists and also by brick. There is case and counter case. The case instituted by the petitioners are earlier to that of informant. There is no injury report and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48614 of 2018(2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
